How does it work? Can it be used in online bookings?
The loyalty card has an associated promotional code. If you are going to book online through our website and you would like to benefit from the VIP client discount, you just have to introduce your code in the booking engine of the official website.
You will see the ‘Promo’ box in the booking bar that appears in all the pages of the website. It is in this box where you introduce your VIP client code.
You can also use the online booking app of our official Facebook page. In this case, to enjoy the client discount, you have to introduce the code in the ‘Promotional code’ box.
This offer cannot be combined with others so if you want to enjoy a special promotion, you will not be able to use the code from your loyalty card.
How can I get my loyalty card?
Request it on your next visit when checking out. The only requirement to access our hotel’s discount programme is to have stayed as a guest at least once. Once you request it, you can start using it on your next visit.
